Have you been a Steelers Fan your entire life, how did you get hooked?

Yes, I have been a Steelers fan all my life. I was born and raised in Pittsburgh; therefore, I was a Steeler fan starting at conception. I got hooked on my own when I got older because I read the history of the team. The Rooney’s passion and love for their team, and the Steel Curtain players, really touched my soul!

What is your best/favorite memory of The Pittsburgh Steelers?

Last season, even though we lost the Superbowl, it was and will be my favorite memory of the Steelers forever. The reason is, they overcame such adversity, and such negativity from the press. I have never been more proud of them! Big Ben played a game with a broken nose and foot! He is amazing! A lot of members of the team were hurt and still pushed through until the end. Everyone of those amazing Steeler players worked hard and played amazing games! In life, the sweetest moments are the ones where you do what people, or even yourself, thought you could not because you carried passion and determination in your heart. It builds character. Watch these players this season, it will be a great ride!

Who is your favorite player both past and present?

This is a tough question. One of the wonderful qualities that the Steeler organization possesses is great players both past and present. Jack Lambert is my favorite player of the past. When you picture Lambert, aka “Count Dracula in Cleats”, you see hard hitting Steeler football that we all as Steeler fans love! He IS Steeler football! “I believe the game is designed to reward the ones who hit the hardest. If you can’t take it, you shouldn’t play.” Jack Lambert. Amen!

When you think of Steelers Football, what is the first thing that comes to mind?

Hard hitting, smash-mouth, defense type of play!!

Obviously, you have to LOVE the Steelers to do an interview with TheSteelersBlog.com, also you run Pittsburgh Steeler Fan Page Listing as well as help with Make The Steelers Americas Teams can you explain your passion?

Passion comes easily with this organization. There is a reason we have the biggest fan base in the NFL. My passion really started when I was in the U.S. Army. The Steelers kept me close to home. They helped me feel like I was still apart of Pittsburgh even though I was all the way in Korea, or wherever the military or God sent me. The passion I hold for them just keeps growing, because the Steeler players are amazing men! They give me such pride and the more I learn about each player the more adoration I have, My passion just keeps growing!

You seemed to be well liked on Steeler post and groups, why do you feel that is?

I have a big heart for the Steeler players and the fans. I am a very passionate person. I like to think my passion is contagious. Steeler Nation is family it’s easy to be well liked when you are apart of such a wonderful family!

Who is the greatest Steeler of All-Time and why?

This is another tough question. Mean Joe Greene! He was the cornerstone of the Steeler Curtain Defense. He was a born leader and shaped how the Steeler defense plays even today. He is an AMAZING man!!!

What do the Steelers need to do differently in 2011 to win their 7th Super Bowl?

They need healthy players, and the offense needs to step up more in the big game! I feel we can take this all the way to the Super Bowl this upcoming season! Big Ben has the nameplate from his Super Bowl locker in his bathroom to remind him daily of the loss. Harrison and Woodley are all fired up from rule changes. Other Steeler players are getting fired up from players from other teams egging them on. I love it! You know why? Steelers play better with a chip on their shoulder. So everyone get ready to see us get to, and win this upcoming Super Bowl!!

Do you have a certain routine on gamedays for the Steelers?

Well since I was living in LA for the last four years, I would either go to a Steeler Nation bar, or call up friend in Pittsburgh. My friends are just amazing. One would sit on the phone with me and we would watch the game together by phone! Love you Brian and Kemp!!! I have a black and gold dress I will wear if I go to the Steel Nation bar. Everyone calls it the lucky dress! Of course, I always grab my terrible towel!

How many Steelers games have you been to in your life?

I have not been to any games yet. It is my dream, and my prayer to get to a game. Especially a Rat Bird- Steeler game!

What NFL team do you dis-like the most and why?

I HATE the Patriots aka Cheatriots! They are cheats (once a cheat always a cheat), and their quarterback is a big baby! There is nothing to respect in that organization.

What is your proudest piece of Steelers Gear or Memorabillia?

I won a signed James Harrison football recently. I love James Harrison! He tells it like it is. Reminds me of Mean Joe Greene and Jack Lambert. Harrison is Steeler football!

If you could go to lunch with any Steeler, who would it be and why?

There are many I would want to go to lunch with. I would want to go to lunch with Jack Lambert. I was born at the end of the 70′s. I just get to read about it. I want to hear about it first hand from him.
