The agent for Steelers RT Willie Colon revealed Monday that his client has a torn triceps muscle and is likely to miss the rest of the season.

Colon is scheduled for surgery on Tuesday morning. He’s arguably the Steelers’ best offensive lineman, so it’s a big blow after Pittsburgh was hammered for four sacks, four forced fumbles, and three interceptions by Baltimore in Week 1. LT Jonathan Scott was tortured by Ravens RE Terrell Suggs, and the Steelers will now have liabilities at both tackle positions. 2010 starters Flozell Adams and Max Starks are both free agents, though it’s unclear if either is in good shape. Starks reported to camp in terrible physical condition after offseason neck surgery. Flozell “The Hotel” was released on July 29.
